Beast Mode X Savage

A strong core is the foundation for overall strength, stability, and improved performance in all areas of fitness. This class targets your abdominal muscles, back muscles, and hips to help you develop a solid and powerful core.

Beast Mode X Unleash

This high-intensity session is designed to push your limits and unleash your full potential. Through a series of intense and challenging exercises, you'll experience a heart-pumping workout that will leave you feeling empowered and accomplished.

Beast Mode X Wolf-Pack

This unique high-intensity training session emphasizes the power of teamwork. Together, you'll tackle various fitness stations, combining strength, agility, and endurance exercises, all while supporting and motivating each other.

Beast Mode X Iron

This class combines equipments such as dumbbells, kettlebells, macebells, and bodyweight exercises to help you build muscular strength and endurance. 

Expect a dynamic mix of movements that challenge the same muscle group, leaving you with a satisfying pump by the end of the session.
